Junior State Cup
We are in the process of finalising teams for the Junior State Cup – a tournament Where other schools and clubs compete against each other. This year’s tournament is being played in Hobart on the Sunday the 28th of November at Wentworth park. This competition is aged based and ideally we would like to register at least one team in each of the competitions. It is a fun day with each team playing between 3 – 6 games depending on the number of teams the enter and the finals structure. The ages are U16 boys and Girls and U14 boys and girls. The cost for the day has not been set. Last year the cost was $30 per person and that included a bus to the competition. This year we see the cost approximately being similar (just waiting on final bus quotes) So if you are interested in playing in this tournament can you please let me know ASAP So we can finalise teams and organise buses and uniforms. We will endeavour to provide a bus for parents and players to travel to Hobart if there are enough numbers to make it financially viable for everyone. Our 2 bus options are 33 seater mini bus or a 61 seater coach bus.
